【摘要】 流民进入粤东北山区具有地区性的差异。粤北地区开发较早,土著势力强大;粤东山区开发较晚,流民势力远远超过土著,因此流民往往能以家族力量为基础,在一些山区形成稳定的定居点。大量流民进入粤东北山区,虽然造成了当地秩序的一度失衡,但也促进了粤东北山区的开发。同时,由于流民对于山区的过度开发,导致了粤东北山区生态的恶化和资源的紧缺,从而引发了清中期粤东北大量人口,向赣南、粤中等地区迁移。因此可以认为,明清时期粤东北的流民活动,对粤东北山区社会风貌产生了决定性的影响。

Abstract：The immigrants moved into the mountain area in northeast of Guangdong province and had regional difference.In the north of Guangdong province the natives had powerful influence because this area was developed early;in the east of Guangdong Province the immigrants had more powerful influence than the natives because this area was developed late.Further more,the immigrants founded the stable settlements based on the clan strength.With more and more immigrants moving into the northeastern mountain areas of Guangdon on the one hand local orderbecame chaos; on the otherhandmountain areawere devel-oped. Atthe same time,mountain area environmentbecameworse and resourcesbecame deficien.t This also was the reason thatmany peoplemoved into southern Jiangxi andmidGuangdong from northeasternGuang-dong inMid-Qing dynasty. So probablywe can say, the immigrants′activities had decisive impact on the social style and features ofnortheasternmountain area.
