凌曙(1775—1829),字晓楼,一字子升,清江苏江都县人,治学以郑玄为宗尚,精于仪礼丧服学,并善于以礼说解公羊传,代表作有《四书典故覈》、《春秋繁露注》、《公羊礼疏》、《公羊礼说》、《公羊问答》、《礼论略钞》、《群书答问》、《仪礼礼服通释》等。对于扬州学者凌曙,学术界内对其或是有零星的认识,或是挟有偏颇的成见。以往的研究均未能提供有关凌曙生平和学术的完整认识,本文拟借由凌曙著作的研读,以文献学方法为基础手段,尽可能地还原凌曙生平,考察凌曙学术。本文第一部分主要考察凌曙的学行与交游,第二部分考察凌曙治学的宗旨与其所遵循的家法,第三部分微观考察凌曙的治学方法,第四部分尝试发明凌曙的思想。
通过对凌曙著作和相关文献的研读,基本上可以对凌曙的生平、治学宗旨以及治学方法有了完整的认识。并且在此基础上进一步尝试正确评估评价凌曙的学术成就,及其在学术史上的地位。本文认为凌曙治学的宗旨归根结底还是在《仪礼》学上,在对《公羊经传》的研究上凌曙贯彻了研究礼学的方法,并以《公羊经传》佐助礼学研究。由于其根底是《仪礼》学的研究,凌曙对郑玄之学十分推崇。在其著述中,能够发现凌曙对郑氏家法的遵守。当然这是经学研究的一种学术路径,在同时代也有很多学者质疑专注。这是经学研究的不同路径取向,这里无法断言何是何非。但是通过推寻凌曙的著作,可以看出他在对经学文献整体把握基础上,形成不轻易质疑经传注疏的态度。这对于今天的人文研究工作,应该是有所启示的。凌曙的治学逻辑是先挖掘前人持论的根据,再借由分析而做出相应的判断。在这种逻辑的支撑下,凌曙对后代礼学家的部分观点进行了重新审视,发现其中有疑义之处并进行反驳论证。在这项工作中,凌曙主要针对不合郑注的观点,这符合清代中期以来重新确认郑玄在礼学研究上正统地位的思想潮流。然而,也应该注意到凌曙在某些问题上过于固守郑玄之说所显示出的拘泥。

Abstract
Ling Shu (1775~1829), another name Xiaolou or Zisheng, Jiangdu County, Jiangsu Province in the Qing Dynasty。Ling Shu’s academic example is Zheng Xuan(郑玄).He was proficient in Sangfu(丧服),and explaining the Gongyang Zhuan(公羊传) by the ceremony.The masterpiece of Ling Shu were Sishudianguhe(四书典故覈)、Chunqiufanluzhu(春秋繁露注)、Gongyanglishu(公羊礼疏)、Gongyanglishuo(公羊礼说)、Gongyangwenda(公羊问答)、Lilunluechao(礼论略钞)、Qunshudawen(群书答问)、Yililifutongshi(仪礼礼服通释).In the past, academic circles were biased against Ling Shu’s understanding.This article re-recognizes Ling Shu’s life and academics by studying the text.In the first part, examined the life and communication of Ling Shu.In the second part, examined Ling Shu’s academic style.In the third part, examined the research methods of Ling Shu. In the fourth part,exploring Ling Shu's ideological value.
This paper argues that Ling Shu was ultimately a ritual expert.In the study of the Gongyangxue(公羊学), Ling Shu implemented the method of research ceremony,and using the Gongyangxue (公羊学)assistance ceremony.By the research foundation is the ceremony,Ling Shu liked Zheng Xuan’s learning.Ling Shu’s observance of Zhengxuejiafa(郑学家法),this is the basic way of studying the study of Confucian classics.This was different from some scholars who questioned Zhengxue(郑学) in the same period.It can be seen from the works of Ling Shu,he grasped the classic as a whole,not easily questioned the Zhu(注) and Shu(疏).This has implications for today's humanities research.The logic of Ling Shu’s research question is that first find the basis of argumentation, then analyze and judge.Using this logical idea, Ling Shu re-examines the relevant research of scholars, and examines and corrects them.Ling Shu corrected some different views from Zheng Xuan,this was in line with the academic trend at the time.But it should also be noted that Ling Shu’s academic conservatism.
